Mr. Paul earned his master’s and bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Houston. As a former engineer at CBM Engineers, he worked on several high-profile and multi-million dollar projects. He also served as a project and department manager for eight years at Jacobs Engineering and founded their structural engineering office in Houston, TX.
